What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is the supreme energy what assumed to be at the base of the spine. There are seven practices called chakras what are used to awaken this energy. This is a meditation what sets a communication between mind & body by using using some set of techniques and senses.



To practice kundalini yoga there are several postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and concentration practices. This meditation awakens the supreme energy by activating nadis (subtle channels of body) what are intertwined with spine at whose base the supreme energy resides.
